Purpose
These terms govern the use of DentiCareApp, online management software for dentists published by CareApp Group. Creating an account means accepting these terms.
Account and access
Sign-ups are approved by our team. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the access you give to your team members.
Free trial and subscription
Each practice gets a 3-month free trial, with no credit card.
After that, the Standard plan costs 199 MAD per month, plus 99 MAD per month for each additional user. It is billed on the 1st of each month.
There is no commitment: you can cancel at any time on request, effective at the end of the current month.
Your commitments
Enter accurate information, use DentiCareApp in line with applicable laws and respect professional secrecy, in particular by informing your patients about the processing of their data.
Do not try to bypass the service's security or to access other practices' data.
Your data
The practice remains the owner of the data it enters. CareApp Group only uses it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
You can download your documents at any time from the application.
Availability
We do our best to keep DentiCareApp available at all times. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or in case of a technical incident.
Liability
DentiCareApp is a management aid: it does not replace the practitioner's professional judgement. CareApp Group's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
In case of prolonged non-payment or use contrary to these terms, access may be suspended after prior notice. When a practice is closed, its data is archived and then deleted.
Intellectual property
The software and the CareApp Group, OptiCareApp and DentiCareApp trademarks remain the property of CareApp Group. The subscription grants a right of use, with no transfer of ownership.
Changes
These terms may change. You will be informed of any significant change before it takes effect.
